Payment Terms

Spruce Nubble Farm, Inc accepts cash, money orders, certified checks, personal checks (with sufficient time to clear), EFT (contact us for bank account and routing info), VISA, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, and eCheck. You agree to be billed by the terms of these polices and to not initiate a dispute with your credit card company in an effort to resolve a problem.

Payment must be made in full before animals are shipped.

We do not accept deposits on animals.

We do take reservations on creatures that will become available in the future. A reservation is not an obligation to buy, it provides you with a right of first refusal. You will have one business day to respond when we inform you that your reserved animal has become available before we make it available to the general public.

We do not offer payment plans because we take credit cards.

Spruce Nubble Farm, Inc. is an Exotic Animal Farm registered in Maine as a corporation. Our Charter number is 20070161 D and you may verify good standing with the Bureau of Corporations by clicking here.

Spruce Nubble Farm, Inc is licensed by the Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife as a wildlife propagator # 3510881.

Spruce Nubble Farm, Inc is licensed by the United States Department of Agriculture Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service as a Class A facility, license number11A0004.

We're not "Kid Safe". As we are an exotic animal breeding farm we know that children will visit our site. Our customers however are adults - and sometimes adults need to spoken to in clear language. This means that we will use words like bullshit and things like that when it is warranted. We think this is pretty minor compared to what your kid might run into on the web but technically speaking our site is not "kid safe" as a result.

The absolute limit of SNF liability is the amount of money you paid us.

Disputes: any and all disputes shall be subject to the laws of the state of Maine.You agree that any dispute arise out of your purchase may be heard in the courts of Maine. You agree to forfeit your dispute rights with regard to credit card charges. Should a dispute arise which cannot be resolved by communication you agree to binding arbitration. SNF will select the arbitrator, pay the costs of such arbitration, and the arbitrator will be a member of the Maine Bar Association.
